This is the Sybot Tutorial

First thing to do is insure that Spybot Search and Destroy is installed

1. First start Spybot Search and Destroy
   • Click on Start -> All programs -> Spybot Search and Destroy
     
2. Next update the definitions by clicking on the "Check for Updates" button.
   • The definitions will tell Spybot what to search for
     
   • Select all of the available updates and click the "Download Updates" button
     
   • You will see the update progress indicator
     
3. Begin the search for Spyware by clicking the "Check for Problems" button
   • The progress box for the scan will be displayed
     
   • Allow Scan to finish to completion
     
4. Once the scan has completed. Select all of the problems and click the "Fix Selected Problems" button
   
5. Follow any additional on screen instructions
   • A restart may be required to finish the cleaning process
   • Some items may take more than one pass to remove
